I’m a little more biased in my depiction of Jon—I’ve known him since he entered my classroom at the age of six. He has always impressed me with his ability to integrate into the world of the able-bodied.

Jon’s disability has never been a “handicap.” When he came to speak to the staff at Ionia County Intermediate School District, he astounded me again! He was humorous, interesting, inviting, interactive, and very confident—and all that without the use of notes! I am proud to have been part of Jon’s education and would recommend him to anyone looking for an inspirational speaker.
