Upon recommendation from Matt Mahar I wanted to meet Jon in person before contracting with him to provide a Keynote Address at the 2003 Michigan Transition Services Association (MTSA) Annual Spring Conference in Frankenmuth.

I saw Jon speak to a group of students from a neighboring school district. He talked about his disability, as only people call it who don’t know him, and how it is just part of who he is.
